Innovation drives the development of Galwano-Perfekt
The project ‘Development of GALWANO-PERFEKT Joanna Leśniewska through the implementation of innovative technologies’ is being implemented on the basis of a co-financing agreement signed on 24 August 2016 with the Management Board of the Wielkopolska Province. The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme for 2014-2020, Measure 1.5: Strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises, Sub-measure 1.5.2: Strengthening the competitiveness of key areas of the region's economy.
The total value of the project is PLN 7,507,095.90, of which PLN 2,696,998.50 is co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund. The project focuses on the expansion of the production plant in Murowana Goślina through the implementation of two innovative technologies in the field of aluminium surface treatment – composite anodising technology and proprietary never dump technology – as well as the purchase of a modern anodising production line. The combination of these solutions allows us to provide innovative services that are unique on the global market, ensuring that the processed elements are completely environmentally friendly. The treated elements do not contain heavy metals or harmful aluminium compounds, which makes the process completely environmentally friendly. The implementation of the never dump technology also enables the improvement and enhancement of the quality of the existing conventional anodising service, thus strengthening the ecological efficiency of the company's operations.
The project will enable Galwano-Perfekt not only to increase its production capacity and develop its technological expertise, but also to respond effectively to growing market demands in terms of quality, innovation and sustainable development. The combination of innovative processes, infrastructure expansion and the implementation of proprietary solutions is a real contribution to strengthening the company's competitiveness both regionally and internationally. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2017, and all tender procedures are conducted in a transparent manner and in accordance with the applicable procedures for supporting entrepreneurship under the WRPO.
Galwano-Perfekt is expanding its aluminium anodising range with two groundbreaking composite anode technologies: polymeroxid® LF4 LF4 and polymeroxid® xH4® xH4. This is a new standard in durability and protection.
