Advanced HC coatings

Exceptional hardness and abrasion resistance thanks to the patented LF4® and xH4® polymer oxide processes.

Hard anodising of aluminium

We offer unique and patented hard aluminium anodising technologies that introduce a new level of surface protection. The polymeroxid LF4® and polymeroxid xH4® processes combine a hard oxide layer with a polymer matrix, achieving previously unattainable parameters of resistance, durability and surface functionality. As a result, anodised components gain maximum slip, reduced friction and protection against mechanical defects, which are critical for the most demanding industrial applications.

The polymeroxid LF4® process is a solution focused on maximising the sliding properties of the coating, significantly reducing the slip-stick effect and the risk of cold welding. Polymeroxid xH4®, on the other hand, stands out for its superior hardness and abrasion resistance among the hard anodes available on the market.

Our technologies provide coatings with an extremely uniform and smooth surface, even with a thick oxide layer. Hardness values can reach up to 520 HV 0.025, and puncture resistance exceeds 1500 V with a 50-micron coating, which guarantees exceptional mechanical and electrical strength. In addition, it is possible to colour the composite, which opens up additional aesthetic and functional possibilities.

Production capacity

The LF4® and xH4® polymer oxide technologies are implemented on automatic anodising lines at the plant in Murowana Goślina, where modern process monitoring systems guarantee repeatability and the highest quality. These lines can handle components measuring up to 4500 x 1500 x 350 mm, enabling the fulfilment of a wide range of orders, both individual and serial.
