A special modification of the aluminium oxide structure through the formation of compounds with metal atoms ensures durable, passive surface protection, which is particularly effective in the processing of difficult alloys and materials with a porous structure. As a result, this technology is widely used, among other things, in the processing of pressure die-cast aluminium.
The implementation of CORROCODE anodising allows for the creation of coatings up to 30 microns thick, which is a significant improvement in the protection of aluminium surfaces. CORROCODE technology is particularly suitable for surfaces with high functional requirements, including die-cast components, which are characterised by a porous structure and more difficult galvanic treatment. The coatings can also be satin finished and prepared for powder coating or vulcanisation, which further increases their versatility and industrial applications.
The offer includes the implementation of the process on a fully automated anodising line operating at the plant in Murowana Goślina. This line ensures parameter control and process repeatability at a level that meets the most stringent industry requirements. We handle production batches of various sizes, including non-standard dimensions, following prior technological consultations.
